EVENT AT A TAJIK UNIVERSITY: “WE VALUE NATIONAL CULTURE AND WEAR TAJIK CLOTHING!”  The administration of the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Ayni, with the aim of honoring national traditions, fostering a sense of patriotism and national identity, as well as educating female students and enhancing the sense of aesthetics among women and girls, and promoting national clothing while distancing from foreign cultural influences, today organized a promotional event titled “We Value Our National Culture and Wear Tajik Clothing” with the participation of female students.  The event aimed to introduce various types of national clothing such as atlas, adras, chakan, alocha, and others.
During the event, the students, dressed in national costumes, strolled around the university grounds, Independence Square, and the Independence architectural complex in Dushanbe, introducing residents and guests of the capital to the rich Tajik national clothing and culture.
