At the opening ceremony, the welcoming address of the Rector of the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Aini, Ahliddin Ibodullozoda, was delivered to the participants by the Vice-Rector for Research, Rajabzoda Sirojiddin. The speech emphasized the importance of developing science and education, the role of higher education institutions in training highly qualified specialists, as well as the necessity of using modern technologies in the educational process.

Subsequently, the Dean of the Faculty of Russian Language and Literature, Khudoydodzada Farrukh, delivered a speech highlighting the significance of holding such scientific events for the development of language and literature studies and for expanding academic cooperation among educational institutions of different countries.

During the conference, scholars and educators from various countries presented scientific reports on issues of multilingual education, the evolution of linguistic thinking, modern language teaching methods, the relationship between language and culture, as well as innovative approaches to teaching the Russian language.

In particular, reports by representatives of scientific and educational institutions from Sweden, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan were presented, addressing pressing issues of language education development in a multicultural society.

It was emphasized that today the Russian language, as an important means of advancing science, technology, and education, plays a significant role in strengthening cultural ties and mutual understanding among peoples.

The conference will continue until January 29, 2026, providing a favorable platform for expanding scientific cooperation and exchanging best practices.
