Dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, the 95th anniversary of the university, and the implementation of state policy for 2025–2030 declared as the “Years of Digital Economy and Innovation Development,” a republican scientific and practical conference titled “Current Issues of Accounting and Management in the Education Sector in the Context of the Digital Economy” was held at the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Aini.

The event opened with a welcoming speech from the Rector of the university, Ahliddin Ibodullozoda, delivered by the Vice-Rector for Research, Rajabzoda Sirojiddin. The address emphasized the importance of such scientific forums in the context of rapid digital transformation. It was noted that the transition to a digital economy creates new requirements for accounting systems and the management of educational institutions.

During the plenary session, leading scholars and experts delivered presentations analyzing various aspects of the topic.

Participants highlighted that in the digital economy, improving accounting and management systems—especially in the education sector—is of critical importance. The implementation of digital technologies can significantly enhance the efficiency of educational institutions.

At the conclusion of the conference, a discussion session was held, where participants exchanged views and proposed concrete recommendations for improving sectoral policies and advancing the development of the digital economy.
