A political and educational event entitled “The People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan – A Product of the Great Wisdom of the Leader of the Nation” was held at the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Ayni.

The event was attended by the Rector of the University, Ahliddin Ibodullozoda; the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan (PDPT) in Dushanbe, Abdurahim Shohiyon; the Chairman of the PDPT Executive Committee in the Ismoili Somoni District, Ubaydullo Qurbonzoda; members of the presidium, faculty members, staff, and students.

At the beginning of the event, the guests visited the university museum and became acquainted with the institution’s scientific, educational, and cultural achievements. Detailed information was presented regarding the history of the university, its successful activities, and its contribution to the preparation of highly qualified specialists.

The event officially commenced with the National Anthem of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The first speaker was Ahliddin Ibodullozoda, Chairman of the “Omuzgor” Primary Party Organization and Rector of the University. He presented a report on the activities of the party organization during the first six months of 2026, highlighting its achievements, implemented initiatives, and future plans. It was noted that the “Omuzgor” Primary Party Organization plays a significant role in implementing the constructive goals of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan, strengthening political awareness, and promoting patriotic education among young people.

During the event, Abdurahim Shohiyon, Chairman of the PDPT Executive Committee in Dushanbe, emphasized that the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan, established through the visionary leadership of the Leader of the Nation and President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, plays a key role in strengthening peace and stability, national unity, state development, and the comprehensive progress of the country. He also highlighted the party’s valuable contribution to implementing the state’s constructive policies and encouraging youth participation in public and nation-building activities.

At the conclusion of the event, party membership cards were presented to a number of active young people who had recently joined the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan.

The cultural segment of the gathering was presented by the university’s “Chehranamo” Ensemble. Through performances of patriotic songs and musical compositions celebrating national values, the artists added a special atmosphere and grandeur to the event.
