ROUND TABLE ON THE TOPIC “EXTREMISM, TERRORISM, AND RADICALISM - A THREAT TO THE GLOBAL COMMUNITY”
Today, the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics hosted a round table discussion on the topic “Extremism, Terrorism, and Radicalism – A Threat to the Global Community,” with the participation of Associate Professor of the Department of Philosophy and Culture, Shokhnazar Berdiev, the dean of the faculty, deputy deans, as well as faculty members and staff.
During the event, Shokhnazar Berdiev shared his views on the causes of terrorist and extremist actions and discussed methods of their prevention. He thoroughly analyzed the destructive phenomena of extremist groups using specific examples, condemning such actions.

SCIENTIFIC EVENT: THE UNIVERSITY'S FOURTH JOURNAL RECOGNIZED AS A PEER-REVIEWED PUBLICATION
At the end of last year, the section of philological and historical sciences of the journal "Bulletin of the Pedagogical University" (ISSN 2219-5408) was officially registered as a peer-reviewed scientific publication. The journal is authorized to publish scientific materials in the following fields: 07.00.00 – historical sciences and archaeology, 10.01.00 – literary studies, and 10.02.00 – linguistics.
With the inclusion of this journal in the country's list of peer-reviewed publications, the total number of university journals recognized as peer-reviewed scientific journals in 2024 has reached four.
It should be noted that earlier, three other sections of the "Bulletin of the Pedagogical University" – the section on biology, chemistry, and geography; the section on philosophy, law, and political science; and the section on pedagogy and psychology – were included in the list of peer-reviewed publications by corresponding orders of the Chairman of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

 Фарорасии соли нави таҳсилро бароятон самимона табрик мегӯям. Бигзор сафо ва файзи соли нави таҳсил, ки ҳамагон чун Рӯзи дониш ва дарси Сулҳ медонанд, дар донишгоҳ ва саросари кишвари тозаистиқлоли мо ҳамеша пойдору абадӣ бошад.
Қайд кардан ба маврид аст, ки маънои калимаҳои «донишгоҳ», «дониш» ва «сулҳ» бо ҳам иртиботи маъноии қавии ногусастанӣ доранд.
