DISCUSSION OF THE UNIVERSITY'S PRESSING ISSUES AT THE NEXT SESSION OF THE SCIENTIFIC AND METHODOLOGICAL COUNCIL 
The next session of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the University, held on April 11, 2025, under the chairmanship of the Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor S.I. Rajabzoda, addressed four issues.
Muzaffar Azimov, the director of the Center for Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel, reported on the progress of the advanced training courses. He noted that the process of retraining is
well-organized at the university, and experienced teachers are actively involved. Azimov responded to questions from the audience regarding the improvement of the training quality of the advanced courses.
On the topics of preparing and defending the thesis works of students and graduate students, the head of the working group Abdullo Imomov, and regarding the preparation of faculties and departments for the certification of the academic year 2024-2025, the head of the working group, Mirato Komilov, provided reports.
At the end of the session, the chairman of the Scientific and Methodological Council, Professor S.I. Rajabzoda, proposed for approval 34 titles of teaching aids, educational-methodical complexes, and monographs, of which 30 were unanimously recommended for publication.
Decisions were made on the discussed issues.
