At the open sports competition for the “Cup of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan,” held on February 7, 2026, the team of the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Ayni won first place in checkers among teams representing law enforcement agencies, power structures, state enterprises and institutions, as well as other public and private organizations of the republic, becoming the Cup holder.

CELEBRATION OF THE SADA FESTIVAL AT THE UNIVERSITY
The ancient festival of Sada was celebrated at the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Ayni. The event was attended by the Rector of the University, Ahliddin Ibadullozoda, members of the administration, faculty, and students.
The Sada festival, symbolizing warmth, light, and the prosperity of the land, has been celebrated since ancient times by the Tajik people with deep respect for national traditions and culture. At the beginning of the event, a bonfire was lit as a symbol of hope for the arrival of spring.

A UNIVERSITY REPRESENTATIVE TOOK PART IN AN INTERNATIONAL YOUTH EVENT IN MOSCOW
On February 6, 2026, the international marathon “Russia — a Country of Families” was held in Moscow, Russian Federation, with the active participation of a youth delegation from the Republic of Tajikistan.
The Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Ayni was represented at this high-level event by Davlatsho Karimov, Head of the University’s Department of Educational Affairs.
The participation of the republic’s youth in this international event was organized by the Committee for Youth Affairs and Sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
